If you’re managing multiple projects on the same topic and need to organize them effectively, consider using Areas.

Creating an Area

  1. Tap the Plus button in the lower-right corner of the main screen.
  2. Select New Area from the options provided.

Enter the desired name for your area and click the blue arrow. Your area is now created!

Simply drag and drop projects into the area, grouping them by topic, importance, or any other criteria that suits your needs.

Click on the area’s name to open a dedicated view where the area functions as a project, and its included projects appear as subprojects.

Within the area, create tasks effortlessly using the widget or by tapping the Plus button.

Customize Your Area - click the gear icon to modify the area. You can:

  • Change the area’s name.
  • Delete the area.

When an area is deleted, the projects it contained will no longer be grouped, but their data will remain intact.
